Apparently my townhome management property uses this company to clean the carpets very poor service I moved in Thursday and had to purchase a heavy duty vacuum and do an extra personal stem clean to remove so much debris and pet hair from the previous tenant out of the carpet I don’t own pets so it very annoying especially with small children. I planned on replacing them because I didn’t see any possible way that they could be  salvaged. I decided to get the carpets cleaned in the short term while I figured out what flooring I wanted to replace it with. Michael came out and I am in shock.
